by providing a structure for diverse,
independent groups to collaborate, share

tools and information, and take

coordinated action.

Improved collective access to and utilization of information and knowledge.
Better coordinated responsiveness to current and emerging

Enhanced integration, collaboration and coordination
across issues and geographies (including the Canada – U.S.
border)
